We use local produce where available. Of course, all our dishes are prepared using the finest ingredients with extra care and under excellent hygiene condition. Our approach to healthy eating demands no artificial colours, stock or food additives used in any of our foods. Indeed, most of the spices we use are freshly grounded in house. Our cheerful and friendly staff have a philosophy that the guests does honour when they visit us. The management is dedicated to ensure you enjoy your fine dining experience and hope to see you again and again.

Our Executive chef has many years of experience of creating mouth watering flavours and always looks forward to creating diverse cuisines which challenges his skills as a top class chef. He states "my passion from a young age has always been cooking and looking for perfection in all my new dishes I make. Cooking is an art to me." This has earned him the titles house of common 2006; award winning chef 2009; best celebrity chef (Gordon Ramsay, 2008).
